Check out the flower bloom breath that I teach all of my prenatal clients to help them release and relax their pelvic floor during labour and the pushing phase of birth. Also a VERY helpful breath to use to decrease tension in your pelvic floor which may be the reason you are experiencing internal pelvic pain (pain with intercourse, inserting a tampon or with a pelvic exam) before OR after birth.
